Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight/volume of your order and the delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing the tracking number(s) and a link to track your package.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at admin@mycelvere.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
