  • All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Kerala, India.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST are considered to be placed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable logistics services for shipping across India.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location. Delivery to remote locations may take longer.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they are subject to carrier delays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen issues.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight/volume of your order and the delivery location.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding a certain value. This threshold will be clearly communicated on the website.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing the tracking number(s) and a link to track your package.

  • It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Damages and Issues

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at admin@mycelvere.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

  • All claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.
