Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

7-Day Return Window

  • We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags, instruction manuals, and accessories must be intact.

  • A copy of the original invoice/bill must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return/refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or wear and tear.

  • Products that are explicitly marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.

  • Items where the original seal/packaging has been opened or tampered with (especially for products like kitchen gadgets/juicers for hygiene reasons, unless defective).

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Email us at admin@mycelvere.com within 7 days of delivery, stating your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions on how and where to send your package or arrange for a reverse pickup (if available at your location).

  3. Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality check. This may take up to 5 business days.

Refunds

  • If the return is approved after inspection, a refund will be processed.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of the approval.

  • If the product is returned due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), the full amount, including any shipping charges paid, will be refunded.

  • For returns requested due to a change of mind, any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
